2025 Enrollment Now Open: SUNY and Canada Tracks Accepting Applications
UIBE 2+2 International Undergraduate Program 2025 enrollment is officially open. Both the SUNY (U.S.) track and the Canada track are accepting applications.
The UIBE 2+2 International Undergraduate Program 2025 enrollment is officially open, covering two tracks:
1) SUNY 2+2 (U.S.): Partnership with the State University of New York system, with articulation to Cornell's four statutory colleges, UBC, U of Toronto, SFU, and others. The 2025 enrollment quota is 60 students.
2) Canada track: Partnership with Alexander College, Canada, with credits recognized by the British Columbia transfer framework — allowing direct articulation into the junior year of UBC, U of Toronto, SFU, and other universities.
How to apply: submit the online application form; the admissions team will contact you within 24 hours. On-site inquiries are also welcome.
