A 211-University Foundation at Home · A Top-University Degree Abroad
UIBE 2+2 International Undergraduate Commissioned-Training Program — two domestic years plus two years abroad. Overseas university enrollment is registered at admission; graduates earn a bachelor's degree from the overseas partner university.
About the Program
An International Undergraduate Pathway Anchored at a "Project 211" University
Delivered jointly by the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and overseas partner universities, the program follows a 2+2 model. Overseas enrollment is registered at admission; students complete two domestic years at UIBE's main campus before transferring to the overseas partner university for two further years, graduating with an overseas bachelor's degree. Current tracks include the U.S. (SUNY) and Canada (via Alexander College), with articulation to 60+ partner institutions across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Core Advantages
Why Choose the 2+2 Joint Program
211-University Commissioned Training
Students study at UIBE's main campus, sharing libraries, sports venues, and dining with UIBE's regular students and 2,200+ international students from 150+ countries — an early international-campus experience.
Overseas Enrollment at Admission
Overseas university enrollment is registered at admission, with mutual credit recognition — ensuring continuity between the domestic phase and the overseas bachelor's-degree phase.
Dual-Teacher Joint Instruction
Courses are led by overseas partner-university faculty (via live broadcast or on-site instruction), supplemented by in-house tutors who provide follow-up and Q&A — maintaining instructional standards while supporting the student experience.
Broad Articulation Pathways
Articulation pathways span 60+ partner institutions across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, and Malaysia — students choose target universities based on performance and interests.
More Accessible Fee Structure
By completing two years of credit coursework domestically in place of the first two years overseas, families meaningfully reduce overall study-abroad costs (fees follow the annual admissions brochure).
Clear Application Pathway
A clearly defined admission pathway: choose from standardized English scores, gaokao scores, or the program's own entrance assessment. Our admissions team responds within 24 hours of submission.
