On May 14, UIBE transformed into a "Global Village" for the 22nd International Youth Culture Festival. Students from over 100 countries set up 160+ cultural booths — sharing food, art, and language in a vivid tapestry of global cultures.
The opening ceremony featured performances and a striking multi-national launch, with international students serving as cultural ambassadors through traditional dress, cuisine, handicrafts, and folk dance.
The 2+2 program organized a dedicated cross-cultural exchange event, recruiting 20 "International Culture Ambassadors" from students, faculty, and partner recruitment agencies.

Schedule:
• 13:30–13:40 Check-in
• 14:00–14:30 Opening ceremony (multi-national launch, performances)

• 14:30–15:30 Cultural booth exploration (hands-on crafts, world cuisine, photo ops)
• 15:30–17:00 2+2 Program salon (program overview, student experience sharing, study-abroad Q&A)
More than a cultural experience, this event offered a window into UIBE's international atmosphere and the 2+2 program's pathways to world-leading universities.
